How the 60 minutes flow:

Build the look and voice (10 to 30 min): We create your image and your voice live, and check that both feel like you.

Create your first video (30 to 50 min): We write a short script in your words and generate your first avatar video.

Plan week one (50 to 60 min): Three ideas, one posting rhythm, and what to do the next morning.

Bring with you (about 10 minutes of prep) 

• 3 to 5 clear photos of you: face visible, good light, no heavy filters. Only photos of yourself, or of someone who gave you written consent.
• A 30-second voice sample recorded in a quiet room, speaking naturally.
• One message you want your first video to say, in a sentence or two.
• Your audience in one line: who you help and what they struggle with.
• Your accounts ready to log in yourself. I never ask for your passwords.
